How I work

Research first, and a number attached to every piece.

I find the opening in search demand, in the words customers use for their problems, and in where the category is heading. Then I build for experience, expertise, authority and trust, and measure the whole way through.

01

Find the opening

Search data, sales calls, support tickets, and category gaps. The brief starts from evidence, not from a brainstorm.

02

Build for the reader

The first test is whether it earns someone’s time. Downloads, completion, time on page, and return visits answer that.

03

Tie it to revenue

Every piece serves one goal, set at the outset, so attribution becomes a reporting question, not an argument.
